Bridgestone Middle East & Africa FZE reliance on paper-based processes left the firm facing a number of administration difficulties, not letting the employees proceed with workflows while they are away from the office, not lease the sheer volume of physical documents that required storage. In 2015, BSMEA IT dept. has been working with business to implement and effective and efficient workflow management solution.
The initiative to automate processes was driven by business users rather than by IT Dept.
BSMEA evaluated a number of vendors, however, eBA was the final choice.
There's always a degree of resistance when it comes to breaking employees habits.
Since implementing eBA, BSMEA has been improvements to its organizational efficiency and ease of compliance with industry mandates. The reduced dependency on hard copies has made a whole host of processes much smoother. Foremost the changes have made a huge difference to our speed of operations. The system gives complete visibility to our workflows, which ultimately allows for better decision-making.
Now we have extended the same system to the branch offices as well and now all our entities are following the same workflows.

Comments: We are using eBA since 2013, in one server we have 8 different companies data, all companies account programs have integration with eBA all of them working together without any problem.
We have 35 different project and over 100 reports plus we are using Dashboard and Document Management It is very easy to use, and every friendly user interface which makes easy to use for stuff.

Pros: Its very easy to use and develop, you can make changes very quickly. Employees happy about to use such an easy program and developer likes this program because its very easy to code and develop.

Cons: Mobil Application should improve more, too much missing point about that.
